Organizational Structure

The Department is headed by a Director General (BPS-20) under the umbrella of Cabinet Division. There is one Director (BPS-19) and three Deputy Directors (BPS-18). There are 130 different posts for different tasks relating to Record keeping, Conservation, Reprography and Administration/Accounts.
